Synopsis:
In a quiet, small town the peace is broken when a brutal serial killer begins a terrifying campaign targeting local teens - horribly mutilating the victims. Investigating, law enforcement officer John Brady (Michael Murphy) begins to suspect the killer may be linked to the high school's psychology department and their research into behavioural control. His determination to discover the killer takes on a more personal nature when he finds his son has unwittingly become involved in the experiments.
