The Jane Austen Book Club (2007)

Not bad
I started watching this, not expecting to like it, but it was really not bad at all. It has quite a bit of charm, and if you know Jane Austen the bookclub discussions are a lot of fun. I was quickly won over. Yes, the plot is a bit cliched, but the acting is good (especially Emily Blunt playing a neurotic French teacher) and by the end I was really glad I watched it.
