- Synopsis:
- Charlie Pritchard (Tom Radcliffe) thinks that the bank manager's daughter, Ida (Mossie Smith), is his ideal woman as he works as a cashier in a dreary bank in an equally dreary Welsh town. He then meets Delphine (Jennifer Calvert) and they are attracted to each other, although Delphine has an ulterior motive. Charlie, Delphine and her sidekick Beppo (Jon Soresi) then hatch a plan to rob Charlie's bank. The robbery goes ahead but has disastrous and lifelong consequences.
