At his own risk, Daniel solicits Marek, one of the Eastern European boys that hangs around the Gare du Nord. He invites Marek to his home but when the doorbell rings and it isn't Marek standing there, Daniel realises he has fallen into a trap.
Sympathetic study of gay relationship
- Eastern Boys review by CB
Wow, didn’t know what to expect from this film. What it delivered was a story of a man who morphed from base sexual desires with hustlers, to a father-like figure once he understood the travails of the young guy he initially hooks up with. Considering the direction the story takes, it is somewhat underplayed and all the better for it.
