Rent Ashanti (1979)


David (Michael Caine) is a UN doctor, working in African aid camps alongside his wife and colleague Anansa who is from the Ashanti tribe. While swimming in a lake near the aid camp, she is kidnapped by slave traders. They arc sure they will get a high price for her from their best customer, a wealthy arab prince (Omar Sharif). David sets off to find her, helped along the way by Brian (Rex Harrison) a British anti-slave campaigner. They trace her across the African continent and into the Arab territories, facing danger at every step of the way.
