Rent Watchers (1988)


When teenager Travis Cornel brings home a stray dog it doesn’t take long for him to discover that his newfound pet isn’t your average canine. Unlike other dogs the stray deems to be unbelievably intelligent with astonishing communication skills. Soon it transpires that the dog has escaped from a secret laboratory specializing in genetic experiments. Now the National Security Organization in on its trail and will stop at nothing in their ruthless effort to hide their terrifying work from the public. In an extreme attempt all evidence of their existence, the N.S.O. unleash the Outside Experimental Combat Mammal: an unstoppable, bloodthirsty, mutant beast that lives to kill. Its mission is to find the dog and destroy anything that stands in its way.
