This series is a collection of true stories offering a fascinating insight into the lives of ordinary people who have a passion for adventure. From rock-climbing to mountain biking, kayaking and cross country skiing these adventurers face challenges that test them both physically and spiritually. Against a canvas of amazing action footage, this series explores the adventurers' motivation for pushing the limits of the human condition in a bid to find unity of body, mind and soul. It is a study of the strength of the human spirit, the thirst for adventure, and the love of the extreme. Each adventure is an inner and outer journey of discovery.
