not what I was expecting, - Fireball Xl5: A Day in the Life of a Space General review by TB

Spoiler Alert

I thought this was a feature length fireball XL5, or at least a few episodes or it which 1st one was titled a day in the life of a space general, but its just one normal length episode with a episode of four feather falls (a earlier series by Gerry Anderson), ok I didn't mine too much has I have never had the chance to see the early Gerry Anderson serieses.

half of the disc is a documentary about the making of the series Fireball XL5, which might be of interest to fans of the series, but though a Gerry Anderson fan I only found half interesting has, this was the first time I had seen this series, had it wasn't one of his serieses that got shown on normal television in the 90s, so I didn't even know who that monkey puppet was, only knew the characters that were in this episode which is focused more on the 2 in the command center/watch tower or what ever it is, than steve or Venus.

worth watching but remember only one episode which I think was the last one coupled with a episode of another series (which isn't anything to do with space etc) and a documentary thats over an hour (longer than 2 Gerry Anderson episodes put together)
