- Synopsis:
Frasier is the hilarious psychiatrist fist seen on TV's Cheers and subsequently the star of this smash-hit comedy series. Frasier Crane (Grammer) infuriates the entire city of Seattle when he complains about its rainy climate during his radio talk show.
