- One man's battle against a legendary enemy ignites an epic saga of mysticism, betrayal and bone-crushing action in 'Marvel's Iron Fist: The Complete First Season'. Fifteen years after a plane crash kills his parents, presumed-dead lone survivor Danny Rand (Finn Jones) returns home to New York City. Surprisingly Average - Iron Fist: Series 1 review by JR
After being spoiled with so many great Mavel based movies and series, it comes as a bit of a surprise when one is merely average.
I think one of the main problems is that Finn Jones is pretty unconvincing as Ironfist. He's a decent enough actor but you can't help thinking he's dancing instead of fighting in some of the fight scenes, and there are some fairly cringe worthy moments as well.
Overall it's an ok, fun series though, so it still worth a watch if you ever run out of other Marvel based stuff to watch!
