Larry Daley finds himself in the biggest, most mind-boggling family adventure yet when history comes to life in the local museum. This time museum is bigger, the adventure is wilder and the bad guys are even more evil...or so they like to think, as an Egyptian Pharaoh plans to take over the world! Larry ends up tackling a huge squid and rather pesky monkeys, and takes on his biggest job yet to save museum and his friends place in history.

As a sequel you have to expect a bit of cross referencing from the first so if you haven't seen that dont bother, yet. I thoroughly enjoyed this as I got to sit with my family and laugh at the "grown up" one liners as well as the silly kids ones.
I'd say an all round family fun film.
