Sylvestor Stallone has still got what it takes! yes it was a typical rambo film but it did have a good storyline and I loved it!

I have to admit to being not much of a Stallone fan, and while First Blood was a good 80's action movie with a decent storyline the other 'Rambo' films have been fairly bad. That said, I loved every second if this film. The storyline is paper thin and the acting pretty bad, but what saves the film is the extremely graphic level of violence, gore and fast paced action which runs pretty much throughout the film. Easily one of the best action films of recent years!

This is a great action film for action fans. I wouldnt recommend it to everyone though. It features a village attack with men, woman and children being killed quite graphically, so - not for everyone. In fact most kills in this film are quite graphic and any action fan would appreciate it. Despite the fairly basic storyline, it keeps you engrossed and its a bit more believeable than Rambo 2 and 3. I will watch it again.

I love the earlier rambo films and this is no exception. Blood,gore,violence it just doesn't let up the last 15 minutes are just awesome,the body count rediculous.But be warned there are a few things that will make you wince or even shock you but do yourself a favour (if you like rambo of course) rent it.
