Light-hearted comedy - Music and Lyrics review by CP Customer

Want to see Hugh Grant singing and dancing? Then this is the movie - and he is doing rather good! He plays a former 80's pop-star modelled on Duran-Duran and similar bands from those years. You know how it ends, but it's still funny and entertaining - and the music not too bad!

Hugh Grant at his usual best; polite, funny and educated. Drew Barrymore plays a great part of the highly intelligent and literate counter-part with a job which doesn't suit her intellect. A love story with some fun thrown in. If you liked "Love Actually", then you'll like this. Well worth a watch.

Funny romantic comedy - Music and Lyrics review by CP Customer

I must be a hopeless romantic because I really enjoyed this film. Hugh Grant plays his usual type of role, but he does it SO well! Drew Barrymore was sweet and engaging as the young literary genius who had her confidence destroyed in a damaging relationship. Hugh Grant's caddish 80's pop star wins the day, and the girl. He does it in a self deprecating style and looks like he's having lots of fun at the same time.
