Remade to great effect - Vanilla Sky review by CP Customer

Spoiler Alert
22/03/2009

Just looking at Spain, Hollywood has pillaged several films over the years without too much emphasis on quality. Vanilla Sky is the exception. Normally a film with Tom Cruise would not appeal to myself but here with Cruz he is excellent. Tom is a perfect match for the tycoon who has the world at his feet, only for his life to suddenly change within a few seconds. He then embarks on a quest to piece together his life and memory, with the viewer being just as clueless. Vanilla Sky is an equal of Close Your Eyes with more emphasis on epic locations and perfecting the groundwork of the original. Whether you're a fan of Cruz or Cruise, you cannot miss out on this.
