New York restaurateur Will Keane (Richard Gere) is an infamous verging-on-50 playboy, master of the no-commitment seduction - until he runs into an unexpected dead end when he meets Charlotte Fielding (Winona Ryder). nice romance
Winona Ryder is unbelievably charming and the champion of the movie. Richard Gere does his usual thing, nothing new there. The story is sort of predictable, once the plot is laid out. I enjoyed watching it, but wouldn't watch it a second time. The part at the end with the hospital and operation is just overdoing it a bit. The movie is good to have as a second choice if your girlfriend/wife doesn't fancy the action movie you just picked :-)
