In this outrageous comedy, divorce mediators John Beckwith (Owen Wilson) and Jeremy Grey (Vince Vaughn) share one truly unique springtime hobby... crashing weddings! At the tail end of another successful season of toasting brides and grooms, Jeremy learns that the daughter of Treasury Secretary William Cleary (Christopher Walken) and his wife Kathleen (Jane Seymour) is getting married in what is sure to be the social event of the year. After infiltrating the lavish affair, John and Jeremy quickly set their sights on bridesmaids Claire (Rachel McAdams) and Gloria (Isla Fisher) Cleary. With the lavish reception in full swing, Jeremy works his game plan to perfection in seducing Gloria, but John's flirtatious banter with Claire is unexpectedly impeded by her pompous, Ivy League boyfriend Sack (Bradley Cooper). Having uncharacteristically fallen hard and fast for Claire, John convinces a resistant Jeremy to bend the crashing rules and accept an invitation to an extended weekend party at the Cleary family compound. Once at the palatial waterfront estate, John and Jeremy endure a multitude of comical mishaps at the hands of the hysterically dysfunctional members of the Cleary family, but also learn a few unexpected lessons about love and relationships.

Enjoyable romp

A hit and miss comedy that for the majority comes up trumps. I'd normally run a mile from any film with Owen Wilson or Vince Vaughn in a lead role. Yet the Wedding Crashers offers its fair share of imagination and slapstick to entertain everyone.

Vince and Owen on top form

If you like Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson, you're guaranteed to like this film. They're a great double act - the script is funny and most of the laughs come from the dialogue between them rather than the plot itself. I guess it depends what kind of comedy you like - it's effectively a bloke-led comedy with a bit of lightweight slush, but roll with it and it's a good fun (especially if you're planning on going to any weddings in the near future...).

Wedding Crashers review by Minnie
Funny in places but not worth watching unless you really have nothing better to do.

Funny laugh out loud in places but a bit slow and unintersting. Wouldn't recommend wasting time to watch this one.

If you fancy a few laughs then you will get this from this DVD, its not as good as I thought it would be but all the same its funny in places. A say a middle of the range film. Has alittle romance, alittle typical man stuff and a few laughs thrown in.
