- Martin Short and Danny Glover star in this rollicking, lighthearted comedy-adventure set in Acapulco. Eugine Proctor (Short) is the unluckiest man in the world. He has a knack for running into things and being struck by lightning - twice. But his luck is about to change when Valerie (Sheila Kelley) his boss' equally unlucky daughter disappears. Operating on the theory that "it takes one to know one", Proctor is sent on a mission with no nonsence veteran detective Raymond Campanella (Glover) to rescue the worlds most accident prone heiress. As they retrace Valerie's steps, they are beset by unimaginable mishaps from malfunctioning machinery to near-fatal bee stings...
