- It's a new season of the Emmy - and Golden Globe-winning comedy series starring Larry David as (who else) Larry David - and that's a pretty, pretty, pretty good thing. From avoiding "stop and chats" to elevating "small" talk to "medium" talk, Larry takes everyday situations to their avoidable conclusion, and the new season offers more of the same. Each episode features Larry getting into scrapes with both fictional and real-life personalities, with this season revolving around a big idea of Larry's that elicits investor interest until a string of predictably Larry missteps undermine the plan...at least temporarily.

As good as always! - Curb Your Enthusiasm: Series 9 review by PC
Though it won't win over any new converts, fans will be happy that it continues where previous serious's left off. Larry David is as good as always, as the situations get worse so the laughs get louder.
