Stephen King again takes fans to the brink and beyond with this iceswept, macabre tale about a tiny Maine island community besieged by a fierce weather supersystem and by an accompanying, all-knowing being even fiercer. "Give me what U Want And I'll go away," proclaims the humaniod being who calls himself Linoge. There's mystery in his name. And in his unyielding demand. Yet this much is clear to the villagers: the sturdy town hall might shelter them from the storm, but nothing can protect them from the ever-escalating terror of an evil that's festered since the dawn of time.

This is a well above average Stephen King adaptation which starts quickly and holds your attention for the entire four hours. Well worth renting!
