- Brian Kaleen breaks every law, every rule, every boundary. He uses violence, intimidation and senseless cruelty to get his own way. He's also a cop. Now someone's daring to testify against him: Kathryn Stanfill. She's witnessed his brutality at first hand. But it's an act of courage which costs her dear as she and her family become the victims of a sick and vengeful man whose malice knows no bounds.
