In the world of investment banking, Anthony Wayne (Martin Sheen) is a remarkable success. But in the world of love and personal relationships, Anthony Wayne is a mess. Anthony has built a reputation that has earned him an exciting new position with Morgan-Drucker in Paris. He arrives there with a few weeks to acclimatise himself before starting his new job. Exploring the wonders of Paris, he becomes enthralled with all the Parisienne women. That is, until he sees the fabulous Nicole that he follows her all over town desperately attempting to meet her.
