- This is the story of the Going Home. This is the story of the Critical Path. This is the story of Terry Pratchett's nomes, brought to life by the magic of Cosgrove Hall, makers of Dangermouse and The Wind in A the Willlows. To the thousands of four inch high nomes who live under the floorboards of the Arnold Bros (Est. 1905) department store, there is no Outside. Then they hear that the store, their whole world, is to be demolished. It's up to one nome, Masklin, to mastermind an unbelievable escape that will take all the nomes into the danger of the great Outside.
