- Night after night, 12 year old Brian Billings is gripped by fear of the dark. Lying awake in his bed, he is tormented by nightmarish apparitions which he's convinced feed off his terror and will one day be too powerful to overcome. His 17 year old brother, Dale dismisses Brian's ghostly visions as nothing more than attention seeking. But then, one fateful night, the two of them are left all alone in the family home. Outside a storm rages and suddenly a power cut plunges the house into pitch blackness. Now, the two brothers must unite in a battle against the malevolent forces of darkness...
