Somewhere in the United States three nuclear bombs are about to detonate - and only one man knows where they are. With the terrorist (Michael Sheen) already captured, FBI agent Brody (Carrie-Anne Moss) and ruthless former black-ops interrogator H (Samuel L Jackson) start a race against time to get the information they need. With the clock ticking, Brody and H have to decide how far they will go to save millions of lives in this action-packed thriller that will take you to the brink and beyond.
Not as bad as some of these reviews make out. Yes it's about torture but it's not gratuitous like Saw or Hostel which I can't stand. I guess it's meant to make you think how far you would allow the situation to go, would you stand by your morals and eventually which is the lesser of the evils.
This film is absolutely horrible. The story line could be described in one sentence - torture used to interrogate subject. If you are into violence in films similar to Saw than you will enjoy this film. Unfortunately I had hoped for a plot similar to 'Unbreakable' but what I got was more like 'Snakes on a Plane'. I like Samuel L. Jackson but there is no consistancy to the quality of his film. Disappointing!
