Good - The Hour of the Lynx review by JU

A good film. The acting was very good. Story also good. As usual Sofie Gråbøl can not be faulted. She needs to be given some leading roles in English speaking films.

Unusual film - The Hour of the Lynx review by VC

Spoiler Alert

Hard to categorize this film but it is definitely not a crime thriller and there is no suspense involved! It is a very interesting psychological drama. I would call it a compassionate look at broken humanity. Don't watch it if you need cheering up though!

Psychotic - The Hour of the Lynx review by JD

Spoiler Alert
23/02/2015

The psychotically driven murderer is absolutely incredible. It is difficult not to be scared by him and at the same time to feel his pain. The motive for the crime at the outset of the film becomes increasingly clear through the film. All the parts are acted perfectly. I rented this because of Sofie (Killing etc.) but she does not steal the show. It will leave you feeling drained, sickened and sad but it is absolutely worth it.
