Disney Pixar proudly presents the hilarious story of how two mismatched monsters met and became lifelong friends in a movie screaming with laughter and oozing with heart. Ever since college-bound Mike Wazowski (voice of Billy Crystal) was a little monster, he has dreamed of becoming a Scarer - and he knows better than anyone that the best Scarers come from Monsters University (MU). But during his first semester at MU, Mike's plans are derailed when he crosses paths with hotshot James P. Sullivan, "Sulley" (voice of John Goodman), a natural-born Scarer. The pair's out-of-control competitive spirit gets them both kicked out of the University's elite Scare Program. Always nervous about prequels, but this did not disappoint.
Great animation, great story telling and staying true to Sully and Mike's first outing in Monsters Inc was an unexpected bonus.
Enjoyed by the whole family.
Mike and Sully were always an unusual partnership and this film explains how they met, and how they came together as a successful team.
Happily watch again.

Great prequel - Monsters University review by Casey
First time seeing this movie and really enjoyed it
Not as good as Monsters Inc but it was nice to see how Mike and Sully met and became friends and how Randall became bad.
