- A small town falls prey to mother nature as big business rolls in and disturbs a killer pathogen that's laid dormant beneath the ground for centuries. As the drilling starts, the health of the community starts to fail and the land begins to rot. As time moves on, tensions rise but unbeknownst to the town, the rot that has infected their land is also killing them one by one. Prepare to unearth ail out edge-of-your-seat terror, as nature wages war on the human race with truly horrifying results.

Tedious - Unearth review by JH
A good film will keep you guessing. Eventually you'll have some answers. Give up any hope of getting those in this. That's fine if a film is well crafted. Unfortunately, none of the scenes are well-directed. The camerawork is often disorientating to the point that the setting is wasted and all atmosphere sacrificed.
The dialogue so clunky that the actors spend most of the time resorting to melodramatic mood-swings, perhaps to inject some life into the scenes, but probably because they don't really know what the movie is about. I can almost guarantee you that you won't either. Something to do with farming. Or mining. Or disease. Or madness. Or love triangles. Or corn on the cob. Who knows.
