A little gem
- Enough Said review by JR
The dialogue is witty and intelligent. Julia Louis-Dreyfus and James Gandolfini are totally natural and convincing. The film is well constructed and there is nothing superfluous or dull.

Nice one
- Enough Said review by BE
James Gandolfini changes tact from his usual macho roles in this one. He is a delight to watch and proves what a sad loss to the movie industry he was. Never twee, but a charming tale around the dynamics of two mature adults falling in love again after each having a failed marriage. The script is very natural (I suspect some ad libbing in places) and the acting faultless.

Mediocre middle-aged romcom
- Enough Said review by CP Customer
Some ok dialogue but the slushy ending confirms an underlying daytime tv feel to the whole film.
James Gandolfini is good, as ever, but Julia Louis-Dreyfus just comes across as annoying, and the big plotline about her friendship with her new lover's ex-wife is stretched way too far.
Watchable enough but immediately forgettable.

Gentle Romantic Comedy
- Enough Said review by LW
This sees a cast against type James Gandolfini and an equally hapless Julia Louis-Dreyfus as two hesitant divorcees looking for middle aged romance and making a mess of things. It is a gentle and bitter sweet affair where Gandolfini gets the best dry lines and Dreyfus handles the cringe humour and the slapstick sight gags based on her petite size. This is a well observed character sketch of two people at a brief moment in their lives and not quite being sure if the other is what they want any more than either wants to be alone. A fine and quiet drama.
