Disturbia review by Kazzie

Better than I thought - Worth a watch!

After reading the film sypnosis, I was alittle unsure about this as it seemed it may be one that drags out. However, I was pleasantly surprised and quite enjoyed it. The main character Kale, has an electronic tag for three months (after punching his spanish teacher!!) meaning he can't leave the house. So he decides to spy on his neighbours. One of his new neighbours is a girl he likes, who he befriends and of course fancies the pants off!! However another is a serial killer (he seems to think) but it isn't clear to everybody else. It gets quite tense near the end and keeps you watching and waiting!! Both me and my partner enjoyed the film. I would say this film is a lot better than I thought and definatley worth a watch!

Modern Day Rear Window
(1) of (2) members found this review helpful.
This is a modern re-working of the Hitchcock classic Rear Window. There is a lot of tension which builds up to a thrilling finale. The main character, Kale, is trying to come to terms with a tragic accident, but is lashing out at others in the process. This leads to him being electronically tagged and unable to leave his house. He starts taking notice of what is going on in his neighbourhood, which ultimately leads to spying on his neighbours (including the really hot girl next door). He suspects one of the neighbours is a murderer, but has a tough time convincing any else. Ultimately it becomes a race against time (and the electronic tag) to save the people he cares about.
