This 3 part TV series is one of the very best adaptations of Agatha Christie I have ever seen. It was made not BY the BBC but FOR the BBC - which is possibly why.
Really top notch scripting, production values, acting, everything.
And changed the '10 N-words' poem into '10 Little Soldiers' did not, for once, seem achingly 'politically correct' as so much pc tampering does. It was utterly effortless and natural.
Sheer class.
Five stars.
I have seen film adaptations of this book many times but this adaptation was by far the best. Great cast, well acted.
Got me hooked from the word go. Wonderful sort of Agatha Christie drama/thriller which keeps you guessing until the last 15 minutes of episode 3.
Watch all 3 in succession as riveted to find out who the killer was as no idea. Good cast which kept the story moving along. I'd watch this again !
